The total area of the factory and warehouses of SIA “iCotton” reaches 15,000 m². The factory is equipped with the most modern production equipment, capable of providing our customers with individual, high-quality, and swift execution of orders.

The company offers a complete production cycle for cotton and hygiene products.

We offer the following range of products:

• Cotton pads;
• Feminine hygiene products;
• Dry wipes;
• Spanlace non-woven material. 

The first production facility of SIA “iCotton” was opened in spring of 2013 at Ziemeļu street 19 in Liepāja, where wet wipes, baby diapers, and cotton swabs were produced.

By attracting banking and EU funding, a new production plant project was developed, aiming to create one of the largest and most modern facilities for cotton hygiene products in Europe.

In March 2016 the company relocated its new production plant and warehouse to the premises located at Krūmu Street 74 in Liepāja. This investment of 8.1 million euros in the project included construction works and acquisition of new machinery for four new production equipment lines.

In 2020 the company secured additional funding from EU funds and bank for construction of a new production facility located at Pulvera Street 4a, Liepāja. The project also included different types of machinery, including machinery for production of feminine hygenic products. This facility started its production operations in 2021.
